Location: Near Rancho Bernardo Long Term potential Temp to Hire Responsibilities Include: • Inside Sales over the phone selling a Product “Software” as well as Client provided services. • Cold and Warm Calls • Process and follow-up on all leads in a timely manner. • Track results of all leads. • Become product experts on all products and services. • Actively participate in meetings involving product planning, development, sales, and support and marketing activities when requested. • May support other programs and initiatives. • Responsible for other duties as assigned • Uses Spin Selling techniques Requirements Include: • 1+ years of Inside sales experience • Ability to Call and connect with 50+ prospects per day • High school degree or equivalent • Ability to manage multiple accounts and various projects concurrently • Highest degree of character, honesty, personal responsibility and accountability • Must have a “Can-do” attitude and doesn’t give up and open to coaching up. • Computer literate in a wide range of information systems and business applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and account management software. • Strong communication skills • Bilingual Spanish - Preferred Physical Requirements: • Sitting 20+ hours a week • Walking 1-10 hours a week • Standard hearing and visual with ability to read printed material • No protective clothing or equipment required Compensation: ~ $20 Hr. with significant Commission potential As a Sedona Staffing contracted employee you are eligible for the following benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • Short-term Disability Insurance • Life and AD&D insurance If qualified and interested, please respond to this job posting with your resume or you can call the Sedona San Diego office located on Treena Street.
