Client Account Manager (Performance Marketing Agency)
Pineda Company
Job Description
ABOUT PINEDA PARTNERS Pineda Partners is a revenue-partnership agency. We take over the entire revenue function for our clients — paid ads, funnels, CRM, sales team build-out, and account management — and get paid on the results we produce. We're growing fast, adding clients, and the founders stay close to every account. THE ROLE Chief of Staff reporting directly to the Co‑Founder. You are the operational backbone behind the founder: you keep projects on track, hold the sales and marketing engine accountable, and take the administrative load off his plate so he can stay focused on clients and growth. WHAT YOU’LL DO A large part is operations and project management with real ownership and judgment. Another significant part is executive support — running the founder's calendar, inbox, and call bookings. If owning the founder's day‑to‑day reads as access and trust, this is a great seat. If it reads as beneath you, it's not the right fit.
Title and authority grow with trust. You'll start owning execution and support; as you prove out, the mandate expands. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Project management Keep client delivery on schedule — ad scripts in on time, funnel and CRM builds moving, nothing slipping Track every project and deadline across multiple client brands; flag risks before they become problems Sales & marketing visibility Pull and review KPIs across sales and marketing — leads, set/show/close rates, cash collected, ad performance, funnel health Hold the sales team accountable to their targets through reporting and follow‑up Pull and organize sales call transcripts; surface action items Recruiting Run the full hiring pipeline — write job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews; the final hiring call stays with the founder Contracts & admin Populate client and team contracts from our existing templates (founder and CFO review before signature) Manage the founder's calendar, inbox, and call scheduling Keep operational paperwork clean and current WHO YOU ARE Highly analytical — you live in spreadsheets and dashboards, you spot the number that's off, and you chase it down instead of reporting it wrong Task- and deadline-driven — you track everything, follow up relentlessly, and things don't slip on your watch Detail-oriented and discreet — you'll handle comp, contracts, and financials; precision and confidentiality are non‑negotiable Self-directed — hand you a framework and you run with it; the founder shouldn't have to manage the manager A clear, direct communicator — short, plain, no fluff Helpful experience 3–6 years in operations, project management, sales/marketing ops, or executive support — agency or fast‑growing company preferred Hands‑on with GoHighLevel (or a comparable CRM), strong spreadsheets (pivot tables, lookups), Slack, Google Workspace Comfortable reading sales and marketing metrics and building simple, repeatable reports LOGISTICS Location: Las Vegas, NV — in‑office, not remote Type: Full‑time, W‑2 Compensation: $60,000–$72,000/yr depending on experience Benefits: Health, vision, and dental Reports to: Co‑Founder #J-18808-Ljbffr
