You will bring a proven track record in brand or marketing management, and be eager to drive results through creative, inclusive, and player‑focused communication strategies.
Responsibilities You will create and deliver engaging presentations and storytelling programs for internal and external audiences, using modern digital platforms and AI tools. You will advise senior leaders on communication strategies, supporting executive sessions and group‑wide information sharing programs. You will improve operational processes by distilling complex data into actionable recommendations, collaborating with multiple partners across EA.
You will lead scalable communication initiatives, including townhalls and leadership sessions, to position us as industry innovators. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing management, or a related field within gaming, entertainment, or technology. Experience using AI tools and digital platforms to increase communication reach and efficiency.
Experience running large‑scale communication programs and operationalizing business models in matrixed organizations. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). Vancouver vs. Victoria) $114,300 - $156,200 CAD Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top‑up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees.
