You will lead HR operations and act as a key partner to operational leaders, ensuring smooth delivery of HR services across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple sites Lead employee relations casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance) Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention activity Improve HR processes, systems, and reporting Partner with managers on engagement and performance matters Requirements Proven HR Operations or Senior HR Generalist experience Strong employee relations (ER) experience is essential Background in hospitality, retail, or other multi-site fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of UK employment law CIPD qualified or working towards Confident stakeholder management and hands-on approach #J-18808-Ljbffr
