Learning Programs Developer Specialist

Transform learning and development initiatives with our organization as a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12-month term basis. Drive employee training that enhances performance and leadership capabilities. Collaborate cross-functionally to create learner-centered content while employing adult learning principles. Your role will include facilitating sessions that engage participants and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs created.
