You will manage project cost accounting across multiple entities, prepare draw packages, and produce consolidated financial statements. Your experience in hands-on accounting will be crucial for tracking costs and ensuring compliance with GAAP/ASPE standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage project cost accounting for developments • Prepare monthly construction draw packages • Track intercompany loans and balances • Execute month-end close processes • Run the full accounts payable cycle in QuickBooks Requirements: • CPA designation or nearing completion • 3+ years’ experience in project-based accounting • Proficient in QuickBooks Online • Knowledge of GST compliance and GAAP/ASPE • Ability to handle month-end and year-end closes Drive excellence in financial management for Highpoint’s dynamic real estate projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
