Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Belfast, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain days. As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and engage qualified leads, manage outbound and inbound communications to nurture prospects, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams. You will track and maintain accurate records of all leads and sales activities in the CRM to support pipeline growth.

Additionally, you will contribute to creating customized strategies for clients, ensuring the successful execution of lead generation campaigns. Qualifications Proficiency in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales processes Strong written and verbal Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members Experience in Business Development and the ability to identify growth opportunities Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales software A results-oriented attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills Prior experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
