Overview We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Representative to join our Sports Medicine team, covering South Wales and Bristol. Responsibilities Drive sales growth across your territory. Build and strengthen relationships with surgeons, nurses, and clinical teams.

Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and execute territory plans to deliver long-term success. Provide on-site support in theatre, leveraging your product knowledge to advise on safe and effective use.

Qualifications Degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in science or business. Proven sales experience (medical device or healthcare sales preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Commercial awareness and a proactive, ownership mindset. Full, clean driving licence. Confidence working in surgical/theatre environments.
