Business Development Representative (BDR) Boston, MA (Hybrid) | Sales | Full-Time As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cybba, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for our e-commerce marketing and advertising solutions. The BDR team operates in a fast-paced, high-performing environment focused on building pipeline and supporting the company’s new business growth. Responsibilities Identify quality opportunities through high-volume prospecting and creative outbound campaigns 100+ Net New daily activities including email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach Build a strong understanding of Cybba’s value proposition and confidently communicate it to new prospects Effectively manage and overcome common prospect objections through coaching and feedback Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure overall team goals are met Qualifications 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, digital marketing, advertising, or a related field 1+ years of HubSpot or comparable CRM experience preferred Highly motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, outbound-focused environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, adapt, and think on your feet Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with a team Willing to test new approaches, learn quickly from feedback, and improve through iteration and feedback The Company Cybba is a full-service advertising and marketing company that creates powerful solutions for brands looking to grow.
