Talent Development & Placement Coordinator

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Training & Placement Coordinator to manage the end-to-end journey of candidates from initial screening through training to final placement. This is a critical role that bridges talent development and employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities •Screen incoming candidate profiles based on communication skills, attitude, aptitude, and overall fitment •Shortlist and enroll suitable candidates into the Linz Training program •Coordinate and monitor candidates throughout the training period •Assess candidate readiness post-training and prepare them for placement •Place qualified candidates within Linz Technologies or facilitate placement with Zoho partner companies •Maintain candidate records, training progress, and placement status •Build and manage relationships with partner companies for placement opportunities •Provide regular updates and reports on batch progress and placement outcomes Skills & Requirements •0-1 year of experience in recruitment, training coordination, or placement activities •Strong interpersonal and communication skills •Ability to assess candidate potential beyond just qualifications •Prior experience in IT/SaaS or ed-tech environment preferred •Familiarity with Zoho products is an added advantage Job Location - Mogappair West, Chennai Time - 9AM - 6pm Face 2 Face interview Mandatory Walkin Timings - 10 AM - 4PM Walk-in details Linz Technologies Cdc 3 Office Mogappair, Chennai - 37 https://maps.app.goo.gl/k1trsWXcujdg2tFc8 Whatsapp - 9150222779 Email - [email protected] www.linztechnologies.com www.linztechnologies.in
