Job Description Job Description Our client company, a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer and installer of specialty outdoors construction and architectural products, is seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for its Fort Lauderdale office. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and supports the outside sales team through inbound sales support, customer follow-up, proposal preparation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple customer accounts and project timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Support Handle incoming and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries Qualify customer needs and provide product and service information Follow up on sales opportunities and customer requests Maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication Assist customers with equipment selection, pricing, scheduling, and project coordination Outside Sales Team Support Support outside sales representatives with quotes, pricing, lead follow-up, and administrative tasks Coordinate communication between customers, project managers, and field installation teams Assist with order processing, scheduling, and documentation Track and update sales opportunities within the CRM system Proposal & Quote Preparation Prepare customer proposals, estimates, and sales quotations Review bid specifications and project requirements Ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and submitted on time Follow up on outstanding proposals and pending projects Account & Project Follow-Up Maintain regular contact with customer accounts to support ongoing business relationships Follow up on active and completed projects to ensure customer satisfaction Monitor project timelines, delivery schedules, and installation progress Help resolve customer concerns or service issues in a timely and professional manner Administrative & CRM Management Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and sales activity Prepare sales reports and assist with forecasting as needed Organize and maintain project files and related documentation Support general office and sales operations as needed Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience preferred Experience in construction, industrial equipment, building materials, or related industries is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software Preferred Skills Experience preparing proposals Familiarity with engineered, custom made-to-order products Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary plus incentives Health insurance and retirement benefits Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth and advancement Company Description Our client is a well-established specialty manufacturing firm looking to hire quickly.
