Job Description
Responsibilities Support OT initiatives across plant, field, and asset-intensive operational environments Work with business and operational stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, processes, and use cases Contribute to solution design, system enhancements, and integration activities across OT platforms and data environments Support process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process improvement initiatives Assist with delivery activities including testing, validation, deployment, and change readiness Document system interactions, data flows, and operational processes to support both business and technical outcomes Provide input into data, reporting, and operational visibility solutions, including dashboards and analytics Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in OT, industrial, utilities, or other asset-intensive environments Strong understanding of operational processes and how technology enables them Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains Ability to support initiatives across modernization, integration, testing, deployment, and change readiness Skills &Experience Business Analysis experience: requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, process mapping, workflow analysis, business process improvement, translating business needs into functional or technical requirements Systems / Technical Analysis experience: supporting OT systems, integrations, or industrial platforms, system configuration, data flows, interfaces, historian environments, exposure to SCADA, PI System, or similar OT technologies Additional Assets Experience with platforms such as AVEVA/OSIsoft PI, historian systems, or industrial data environments Exposure to reporting, analytics, or operational dashboards Experience in utilities (water, energy, or similar) or other regulated environments Consulting experience in a client-facing environment Agile, ITIL, or related certifications Always improving your skills and knowledge: you want to be the best at what you do Curious and creative; comfortable taking on new problems and challenges A self-starter with the ability to recommend priorities to the project leader Comfortable working through problems and figuring things out with minimal supervision Great problem-solving skills: thorough and reliable Able to work in a team: share knowledge and assist other team members Good communicator: able to explain your ideas and recommendations Well organized and dependable under pressure: you manage your time effectively Energized by our company values Benefits A values-driven workplace where people really matter A flexible work environment Competitive salary, retirement savings program, and rewards program Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans and access to e-health care Paid vacation, maternity/parental leave, paid sick leave and paid Mariner MyLife days Unlimited training #J-18808-Ljbffr
