Ocho People is partnering with a leading financial services client on the search for an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager. This is a long-term contract opportunity based in Belfast, offering the successful candidate a pivotal role in Trade Surveillance and controls development within a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. CORE REQUIREMENT Strong Markets / Capital Markets experience Core expertise in Trade Surveillance and controls development Hands-on experience with Transaction Monitoring Experience with Market Abuse surveillance Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in surveillance and monitoring area DELIVERY & METHODOLOGY Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDL C) Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with development teams
