Job Description - Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process) EV Shell Job Title: Customer Service Executive - International Voice Process Company: EV Shell Location: Jaipur Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months of International BPO Voice Experience Preferred Background: Candidates with a Technical/Electronics/EV Industry background will be preferred. Job Summary EV Shell is seeking customer-centric and enthusiastic professionals for its International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, prior experience in an international BPO environment, and the ability to provide exceptional customer support.

Candidates with a technical background, particularly in electronics, electrical systems, EV charging infrastructure, or related domains, will be given preference. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice support. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns when required. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Meet individual and team performance targets. Adhere to company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
