Full Time Management Castroville, TX, US Position Description The Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and profitability in the assigned division. This position manages a team of New Home Consultants, ensuring that they meet their sales targets.

This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that will help achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities Recruit and retain talent for the division sales team. Lead and coach a team of sales representatives and ensure they meet their sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales management in the construction industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Preferred Experience and Qualifications Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Experience in managing remote sales teams Experience in using CRM software Knowledge of construction industry trends and regulations Ability to travel as needed Physical Demands Standing (40% of time) Sitting (60% of time) Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
