About Gibraltar Gibraltar Holdings Ltd. is a growing commercial construction company specializing in tenant improvements across the Lower Mainland, Vancouver Island, and the Interior. Our projects include medical offices, dental clinics, banks, retail spaces, and professional offices. We run our company using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), which means clear processes, accountability, and strong communication across our team. Our focus is delivering high-quality projects while building long-term relationships with clients and subcontractors. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and help manage a growing pipeline of commercial interior construction projects. Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from tender through to close-out. This role focuses primarily on off-site project management, including estimating, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. Our Site Managers handle day-to-day site operations, while the Project Manager oversees project planning, financial performance, and overall project delivery. Responsibilities Review drawings and specifications and prepare scopes of work Manage the tendering process and subcontractor pricing Prepare project budgets and schedules Coordinate subcontractors and procurement Work closely with Site Managers during construction Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation Maintain communication with clients and consultants Monitor project financial performance and margins Participate in internal project meetings and weekly L10 meetings Requirements 3+ years experience managing commercial construction projects Experience with tenant improvement or interior renovation projects Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings Experience coordinating subcontractors and project schedules Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project documentation Valid driver’s license General contractor experience is a strong asset.

Compensation Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience Performance-based commission (project profit) Typical additional earnings: $20,000 – $40,000+ per year Total compensation typically ranges from $90,000 – $130,000+ depending on performance.
