The primary focus of this role is to support clients with their day‑to‑day insight needs, ranging from guiding them toward the appropriate measures and analytical approaches to delivering end‑to‑end insights projects. The successful candidate will also support senior team members on complex, in‑depth analysis, represent the Client Insights team internally and externally through new product coding discussions, and build dedicated Unify+ reports for clients. Job Responsibilities Analytic Skills: Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact‑based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.

Champion Client Success: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing insight challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value. Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts. Utilize Circana Insight Tools and Platforms: Leverage Circana’s proprietary insight platforms (e.g., Unify+) to support client engagements and solution usage and business application.

Collaborate Cross‑Functionally: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Client Service) for integrated client support and ensure successful delivery to client. Achieve Revenue Targets: Support team sales goals through identification of alignment opportunities of Circana’s data and software solutions with client strategic goals. Maintain Industry Expertise: Stay current on trends in CPG to position Circana as a thought leader and trusted advisor.

Requirements 3‑7 years’ relevant experience in marketing, sales, insights, or related functions with a Consumer‑Packaged Goods (CPG), Retailer, or Research Services company. Analytical mindset deriving insights from various sources of data. Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry.

Experience with Circana or other syndicated data solutions is required. Preferred CPG Point of Sale and Panel data. Upselling and consultative selling background.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required. Location This position can be located in the following area(s): Chicago area (available for ~2‑3 days a week onsite) or NY/CT area (Purchase, NY) (~2‑3 days per week).

Compensation may vary based on education, qualifications, experience, seniority, location, performance, and other factors. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees. This position is expected to remain open for approximately 30 days and may close earlier if sufficient qualified candidates are identified.
