Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Type: Full Time Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Finance Manager to partner with brand teams and play a key role in financial planning, performance tracking, and governance of brand P&L. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, maintaining discipline, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned brands Track brand performance against plans, delivering detailed variance analysis and actionable insights Evaluate marketing and business investments through ROI analysis and performance monitoring Conduct market analysis, including pricing benchmarks and competitive insights Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and eliminate non-value-adding activities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals and business strategies Partner with regional and supply chain finance teams to gather, analyze, and deliver financial data and forecasts Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred) 7–10 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry, with exposure to marketing or category finance Key Skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience with financial tools, dashboards, and automation technologies Proactive, self-driven approach with strong ownership and accountability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment This is a great opportunity for a finance professional to work closely with business teams and contribute to strategic and commercial success.
