Freelance Opportunity – Oracle HCM Functional Analyst (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Analyst to support a large-scale transportation/metro project. Key Responsibilities :• Support Oracle Cloud HCM or PeopleSoft HCM functional activitie s• Work across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Manager Self-Service (MSS), and Profile Management module s• Assist with data conversion, validation, testing, and reporting activitie s• Define and validate data extraction object s• Review discrepancy reports and error log s• Participate in data cleanup and migration initiative s• Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT )• Document business processes, configurations, and system change s• Support end-user training and knowledge transfe r• Track and document issues using Jir a Required Skill s:✅ 6+ years of PeopleSoft HCM Functional experien ce✅ 4+ years of ERP functional experien ce✅ Strong knowledge of HR business processes and HCM best practic es✅ Experience with PeopleSoft Query and reporting too ls✅ Strong data validation skills usin g:• S QL• Power BI• Excel Formul as• Pivot Tabl es• VLOOK UP• Filtering & Data Analys is✅ Experience supporting data conversion and validation activiti es✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fie ld Preferr ed:✔ Oracle Cloud HCM implementation/support experie nce✔ Experience working with large enterprise HR transformation proje cts
