Engineering Supervisor for Shipbuilding

Lead the drafting teams at Duke Marine Technical Services as an Engineering Supervisor. Oversee Structural, Mechanical, Finishing, and Electrical Draftspersons to ensure production-ready drawings. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities among drafting teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance in drawing packages that support ship construction and repairs.

The role requires collaboration with Project Management, QA/QC, and third-party engineering firms, alongside the mentorship of drafting personnel. Strong engineering knowledge and shipyard experience are essential.
