Program Manager Location: Bedford, Nova Scotia, CA, B4B 1G9 Job Summary Reporting to the Senior Director - Line of Business Lead, the Program Manager is responsible to coordinate and monitor the design, development and testing of switch‑mode power conversion equipment. This role will manage a wide variety of projects and electrical design activities of varying scope and scale, including schedule development and maintenance, generation or EAC, ETC and other program metrics, milestone creation and tracking, and subcontract documentation deliverable management. Responsibilities Manage the delivery of complex manufacturing projects Lead meetings and the Integrated Product Team from kick‑off to project close Interface with internal and external customers on new/existing contracts and bid and proposal activities Allocate and control budgets for labour, material, travel and purchased services Identify, assess, monitor and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets or schedules are evident Perform variance analyses of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis and present them to senior management Serve as the primary interface with the customer on all matters involving contract execution Represent management at program reviews, meetings, seminars, etc.
