Salary: $160,000 - $170,000 CAD / year Responsibilities Focus on developing the local business through sales volume growth and on providing reliable support to customers (technical and commercial). Oversee and manage the overall sales function and service center. Develop the necessary local strategy and implement it to improve the business results in the region.

Qualifications College diploma in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or other related field is required 7+ years of experience with mechanical seals and sealing equipment 5+ years of sales and leadership experience, including team development, performance optimization, and cross‑functional coordination in technical and industrial environments Ability to resolve problems in early stages Ability to work well in a team Ability to demonstrate sound and accurate judgment Must be available for frequent travel to support customers in different regions for business development Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and vendors – verbal & written Ability to work independently, manage own time and priorities Advanced knowledge of Mechanical Seal function & repair processes Knowledge of the fundamentals of rotating equipment Experience conducting seal system audits, performance evaluations, and reliability assessments Strong background supporting field service operations, maintenance teams, and engineering groups with technical guidance and root‑cause investigations The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
