Legal Manager

We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional with expertise in EPC Contracts, Construction Law, Claims Management, Arbitration, and Dispute Resolution to support high-value infrastructure, airport, industrial, and construction projects. Job Details : Location: Head Office, Pune Reporting To: Vice President / Head – Legal Experience: 10–15 Years Qualification: LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. (Preferred) ✅ Designation: Senior Manager / Manager – Contracts, Claims & Arbitration ( Legal ) ✅ Key Responsibilities - ✔️ Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC, construction, consultancy, subcontract, vendor, and JV agreements. ✔️ Advise project teams on contractual risks, claims, variations, EOTs, and dispute avoidance. ✔️ Assess and manage construction claims relating to delays, prolongation, disruption, escalation, variations, and damages. ✔️ Handle domestic arbitration matters, including drafting claims, defenses, counterclaims, and legal notices. ✔️ Coordinate with external counsel, arbitrators, and technical experts. ✔️ Ensure legal compliance and provide risk mitigation strategies across projects. ✅ Desired Expertise ✔️ Indian Contract Act, Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Specific Relief Act, and Limitation Act. ✔️ EPC, Design-Build, Turnkey Contracts, Contract Administration, and Claims Management. ✔️ Construction disputes, arbitration, mediation, and litigation. FIDIC Contracts (Preferred).

Experience Required ✔️ 10–15 years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, construction, engineering, or real estate sectors. ✔️ Proven track record in construction arbitration and contractual disputes. ✔️ Strong experience in EOT, prolongation, disruption, variation, escalation, and liquidated damages claims. ✔️ Must have independently handled 3–5 EPC/construction arbitration matters exceeding ₹50 Crores. Preferred Qualification ✔️ LL.M. from a recognized university. ✔️ Enrolled Advocate. ✔️ Certifications in Construction Law, Arbitration, Contract Management, FIDIC, or Claims Management.
