This role offers exceptional exposure to: Client-facing finance advisory (not back-office processing) Automation & AI-enabled reporting tools Multi-industry exposure (Manufacturing, SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, Real Estate) Strategic finance projects beyond routine MIS What You'll Do -Financial Analysis & Reporting Design and prepare Monthly MIS Reports and Executive Dashboards for C-suite clients Deliver Variance Analysis, Cost Benchmarking, and Profitability Analysis Build customised financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning -Working Capital & Cash Flow Management Monitor and optimise Cash Flow Cycles and Working Capital Metrics Support clients in fund requirement planning and liquidity management -Strategic Support Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance teams to extract business insights Present management updates with actionable recommendations Drive cost control initiatives and margin improvement strategies -Automation & Innovation Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance productivity What We're Looking For -Must-Have: ✅ CA/ CMA (or pursuing final level) ✅ 1–2 years of experience in MIS, financial analysis, or CFO advisory ✅ Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Dashboard creation) ✅ Strong command of PowerPoint for client presentations ✅ Solid understanding of Accounting Principles, Taxation & Financial Statements ✅ Exposure to AI productivity tools for finance -Good to Have: Macros / VBA / Python for automation Experience with Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or ERP systems Prior exposure to startup or advisory firm environments -Language Proficiency: English: Professional (written & spoken) Hindi: Working proficiency Marathi: Preferred -Why Choose VI Advisors?
