Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in the Pune Division. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and separation processes. The role involves designing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices to ensure organizational effectiveness and compliance.

The HR Manager will oversee compensation and benefits administration, support workforce planning initiatives, and drive employee performance through structured performance management systems. The position also requires maintaining and managing HR-related ISO documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, quality standards, and internal policies. Additionally, the role involves preparing HR reports, dashboards, presentations, and data analysis using Excel and PowerPoint, conducting employee training and development programs, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, high-performance work culture that aligns with the organization's values and business objectives.

Qualification : MBA / MPM/MSW/PGDBM in HR Experience: Minimum 5 years Key Responsibilities: Employee life-cycle management Performance management systems Compensation & benefits Implementation of HR policies & SOPs ISO documentation Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
