Weβre Hiring | Business Development Manager β HORECA, Distribution & Exports Location: Pune | Prakrut Tengengauda Foods Prakrut Tengengauda Foods is building a premium fresh-food brand focused on delivering high-quality, consistently fresh grated coconut, with strict attention to hygiene and freshness at scale. We are looking for ambitious professionals who can help us expand across: Hotels & Resorts Restaurants & CafΓ©s Cloud Kitchens Catering Companies Modern Retail Chains Distributors & Institutional Buyers International Export Markets This is a high-growth B2B role focused on business expansion, strategic partnerships, institutional sales, distribution growth, and export opportunities. Key Responsibilities: β’ Generate and close B2B/institutional leads β’ Build strong HORECA partnerships and bulk buyer relationships β’ Develop distributor and channel partner networks β’ Identify new markets and expansion opportunities β’ Explore export opportunities and international distribution β’ Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sampling β’ Drive long-term revenue growth and brand expansion Preferred Experience: β’ Prior experience in FMCG, food industry, HORECA sales, exports, distribution, channel sales, or institutional business development preferred β’ Existing industry network/connections will be an added advantage β’ Strong understanding of B2B sales and relationship management β’ Self-driven individuals with strong communication and negotiation skills What We Offer: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance-Based Commission Leadership & growth opportunities for the right candidate Opportunity to work closely with the founding team and scale a fast-growing food brand If you are passionate about building partnerships, scaling distribution, and growing a food brand across India and global markets, weβd love to connect.
