Job Description: CRM Manager Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout) Experience: 5–8 years Qualification: Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline). Background in Marketing, Business, or Analytics will be an added advantage. About the role: We are seeking a strategic and data-oriented CRM Manager to own and drive the customer lifecycle across key business categories including Puja, Chadhawa, and Astro.

This role works closely with the CRM, Product, and Data teams to enhance user activation, engagement, retention, and repeat transactions through scalable lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable developing strategy and executing campaigns while building processes that support sustained growth. Responsibilities: 5–8 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, or lifecycle management (consumer internet/app experience preferred).

Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences. Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms such as WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, or Braze. Strong analytical capabilities with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, A/B testing, and campaign performance evaluation.

Ability to create compelling and emotionally engaging communication that drives user action. Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a small team. Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Requirement: Develop and manage end-to-end CRM journeys spanning onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation. Drive customer lifecycle initiatives across Push Notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and Email channels. Ensure CRM campaigns are aligned with product updates, user insights, and relevant festival or astrology-led occasions.

Monitor user cohorts and channel-level performance to continuously improve lifecycle effectiveness. Create dashboards, streamline reporting processes, and establish scalable testing and experimentation frameworks. Guide and mentor CRM executives and specialists to achieve team objectives.
