What You Will Work On- At Simran Boparai Archtelier, projects are deeply personal, high value, and architecturally demanding. You will work on: Ultra luxury private estates and villas Residences ranging from 15,000 to more than 200,000 square feet Palatial homes rooted in classical discipline Global private residences across India and international markets Architecture led interior environments These are homes commissioned by individuals for whom architecture is legacy, not lifestyle . Core Responsibilities- Architectural Design Depth Lead design thinking from concept through advanced development Build architecture rooted in proportion, clarity, and timelessness Develop strong spatial frameworks and façade compositions Ensure conceptual purity is maintained through stages Fundamental Design Integrity Apply first principles of architecture in planning and form making Ensure discipline in symmetry, scale, and hierarchy Avoid trend driven dilution of design intent Uphold architectural authorship across deliverables High Ownership Project Handling Independently handle significant residential projects Maintain continuity of design across all stages Work closely with founders on critical design decisions Ensure outputs reflect depth, not speed Design Communication Present architectural ideas with clarity and maturity Communicate intent through drawings, diagrams, and models Participate in select high value client interactions Studio Contribution Mentor younger architects in fundamentals Strengthen internal design culture Contribute to evolving a legacy design language Requirements Minimum 5 years of professional architectural experience Strong foundation in architectural fundamentals Experience in design led firms with high standards Deep sensitivity to proportion, materiality, and spatial order Ability to think independently, not template driven Strong drawing clarity and design articulation High personal integrity and work ethic Preferred Background Experience in reputed design studios known for architectural depth Exposure to classical or timeless architectural languages Experience working under strong design leadership Architects seeking a more authored body of work Meaningful international exposure — including working on global projects or clients, and personal exposure through working, studying, or travelling abroad that reflects cultural awareness and design maturity
