Job Description Job Description Job description: • Coordinating daily tasks in accordance with project priorities and plans • Adjusting daily work plans due to weather, delayed supplies or staffing issues • Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors • Training, managing and mentoring employees and contractors • Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs • Inspecting daily work completed to ensure it aligns with SOW • Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures • Regularly reporting project status to supervisor and clients • Electrical experience a plus. • Must be able to lift and install stainless steel, galvanized and PVC pipe, various sized pumps, motors and other fittings to keep water wells working properly. • Valid California Drivers License and clean driving record required. • Technicians will be asked to operate forklift and drive service trucks • They will be expected to load their own trucks with fittings and pipes needed for the job they are assigned. • This company is committed to a drug-free workplace.
