Job Title: Sales Manager โ€“ US Healthcare Experience: 10+ years Working days: 5 days Shift timings: 05:30 PM to 03:00 AM (US Shift/Night shift) Location: Ahmedabad Must Have: At least 5 Yrs of US SALES- EHR/RCM Selling experience About the Company: OmniMD is a reputed healthcare IT vendor and has embarked on a journey into the Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS) space through its OmniScient suite of applications that are grounded in a workflow-integrated, user-friendly, standardized, interoperable and microservices- based technology and knowledge-management ecosystem. OmniScient has been as a qualified Clinical Decision Support Mechanism (CDSM) for appropriate use criteria (AUC) under The Protecting Access to Medicare Act (PAMA) of 2014, contained within the Medicare Payment program of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and enforced under 42 CFR ยง 414.94, to increase the rate of appropriate advanced diagnostic imaging services provided to Medicare beneficiaries. OmniMD is expanding its framework to include Prior Authorization for commercial plans that require documentation of medical necessity and also the supporting electronic administrative workflow.

Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and implement effective sales plans tailored to the US healthcare. - Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems. - Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while consistently achieving sales targets. - Lead, mentor, and inspire onshore and offshore sales teams to deliver exceptional performance. - Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to refine and adapt sales approaches. - Manage and exceed large-dollar sales quotas, demonstrating expertise in presenting valuedriven EHR, RCM. - Oversee telesales and SDR teams to enhance lead generation and conversion effectiveness. - Implement and optimize automated sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting tools to track performance and ensure alignment with goals. - Present actionable, data-driven insights to senior management to drive informed decisionmaking. - Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer satisfaction across the sales organization. Must Have: - Minimum 10 to 15 yrs of professional working experience required of sales. - Must have handled team of 8 to 10 people - Must have achieved quota minimum 2 to 5 Million Annually - Must having experience of EHR/RCM (Electronic health record/ Revenue cycle management) software product Demonstration. (Along with end-to-end sales) - At least 5 Yrs of US SALES- EHR/RCM Selling experience.
