Designation: Associate Director – RM (Relationship Manager) Location: Mumbai Terms: Full-time employee Reports to Director Experience: 6+ years in Banks/NBFC/ Credit Rating Agencies or financial advisory firms. Core Responsibilities: • Responsible for the acquisition of small to large corporates for various banking-related products • Enhancing/maintaining existing client relationships • Enhancing/maintaining relationships with banks and deriving leads from them • Build relationships with Bankers, CA, and other NBFCs to generate leads • Achieving the targeted growth in revenue and market share • Scanning the market for potential leads, targeting, and converting the same into business for the company • Manage lead generation by working on databases/referrals • Negotiate and close mandates with the potential client • To be able to handle a team of Business Development managers Pan Maharashtra and help them in the closure of Mandates and Generate Revenue. • To develop the Maharashtra Market for the company. • Basic understanding of the balance sheet / P&L • Knowledge of Banking Products in Working Capital, Supply Chain Financing, and Credit Rating • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
