Role Purpose This strategic role is focused on orchestrating the creation and delivery of the strategy and plan for the Global Insights, Analytics, and Data (GIAD) function. The role will act as both the strategy lead and Chief of Staff for GIAD while maintaining connectivity to the central Global Commercial & Marketing Strategy team. Your Day to Day Develop the annual and three‑year plan for GIAD, linked to the top‑down corporate plan and including input from regions and other key functions.

Lead the creation and execution of strategic initiatives to drive performance, increase organizational effectiveness, and unlock new business opportunities. Oversee governance and performance tracking across supported organizations and connect into central processes. Partner with the SVP and HRBP to shape thought leadership on organizational design, evolving the GIAD operating model, capabilities, and talent strategy.

Support the definition and execution of the path to scaling AI across GIAD, influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment on priorities, use cases, and change management. Own the creation of executive materials (e.g., Board or Executive Committee presentations). Act as an advisor to the SVP and leadership teams of GIAD.

What we need from you Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, strategy, finance or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. MBA preferred. 5+ years progressive work experience in strategy, consulting, or a corporate environment, with exposure to a broad range of business issues; analytics, data science/engineering, and/or AI experience preferred. Demonstrated planning and project‑management skills to assess and develop strategic plans based on business needs.

Strong strategic thinking, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, and ability to present insights in a clear narrative. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis. Location – Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office, with flexibility to evolve over time.

The salary range for this role is $119,000.00 to $130,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits to employees.
