The Seller Acquisition and Education team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Performance Marketing. The performance marketing team orchestrates channels to attract, engage, and convert prospective thirdâparty sellers globally through paid (e.g., paid search, social ads), earned (e.g., agentic search), and owned channels (e.g., email, webinars, Seller University). Key job responsibilities: Manage a team of marketers to drive topâofâfunnel demand for selling on Amazon.
Target priority cohorts, identifying where they discover Amazon and driving targeted campaigns addressing specific needs. Grow traffic that effectively converts, optimizing for costâperâregistration, conversion, and GMS. Optimize channel mix and budget based on lifetime value, run conversion experiments, and build repeatable playbooks to share globally.
Collaborate with product marketing to optimize experience, content teams to develop compelling seller education and marketing materials, and analytics teams. Build attribution models accounting for multiâtouch journeys and incrementality, ensuring every marketing dollar delivers measurable seller acquisition impact. A day in the life: Work directly with tech and product teams worldwide to support new seller recruitment and success.

Basic Qualifications 6+ years of professional nonâinternship marketing experience. Experience managing teams. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables). Experience driving direction and alignment with crossâfunctional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders.
Experience in eâcommerce, digital products or entertainment industries. Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AIâgenerated outputs in a professional setting. Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.
