Job Description Job Description Snelling is currently recruiting an experienced Office Manager for a transportation and logistics company in the Homewood area. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our regional office. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office, support their team and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Key Responsibilities for Office Manager: Manage and oversee all administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Qualifications for Office Manager: 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative support role MUST HAVE experience with Accounts Payables and Receivables and Reconciliation Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office productivity software Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Automotive or dealership experience is highly preferred Compensation and Benefits: Offering a competitive salary range of $55,000-65,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
