Position 2-Store Manager — Scooter’s Coffee, South Phoenix, Arizona — Full-Time Compensation: Competitive commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Note: This role involves overseeing two Scooter’s Coffee locations and managing an Assistant Manager at each store. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Lead two Scooter’s Coffee locations Coach and develop Assistant Store Managers and team members Maintain strong labor management and scheduling discipline Manage COGS, inventory systems, ordering, waste, and food cost controls Uphold cleanliness, speed, quality, and operational standards Build strong culture, accountability, and team morale Hire, onboard, train, and retain great people Drive consistency in customer experience and hospitality Monitor KPIs, store performance, labor %, sales trends, and margins Help create systems and operational structure as growth continues Problem solve quickly and operate with urgency and ownership Your Role Includes Leading by example: be hands-on during shifts, greet customers, and demonstrate excellent service Coaching & development: provide feedback, training, and encouragement to help team members grow Operations management: support store checklists, uphold speed and quality standards, assist with scheduling, payroll, and inventory Decision-making: act as manager-on-duty when the Store Manager is off shift; handle personnel and customer situations professionally Creating a positive environment: maintain a clean, upbeat, high-energy, team-oriented workplace Who We’re Looking For Strong work ethic, positive attitude, high energy Relational people person with leadership presence Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and locations Strong communicator with follow-through and accountability Willing to lead from the front and roll up sleeves Management experience in coffee, restaurant, or QSR required If you are hungry, dependable, growth-minded, and want to help build a high-performing operation with strong culture, we would love to meet you!
