Influencer Marketing at El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC) Vision: To have a team lead that thinks and acts like a leader, and is simpatico to El Sol Strategic Consultants' management for the Vision, Values, and Goals. Strategic Leadership & Team Management: • Understand and embody ESSC’s Values, Vision, and Goals, ensuring alignment across all influencer marketing initiatives. • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the influencer marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. • Mentor and develop team members, enabling capability building, ownership, and consistent output quality. • Establish and enforce processes, policies, and best practices, ensuring seamless execution and operational efficiency across campaigns. Campaign Strategy & Execution Excellence: • Lead end-to-end strategy, ideation, and execution of influencer campaigns with credible creators, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. • Oversee the creation and execution of quarterly roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output across all campaigns. • Identify and drive innovative, impactful campaign ideas to stay ahead of industry trends and competition. • Ensure effective categorization and deployment of creators across objectives such as Gen-Z, Gen-Alpha, Buzz, Brand Building, and Sales. Data-Driven Insights & Trend Forecasting: • Leverage consumer insights, campaign data, and market trends to inform strategies and optimize performance. • Drive trend forecasting initiatives to identify emerging content formats, creators, and platform opportunities. • Ensure continuous tracking of new and upcoming SMEs, creators, and industry movements to maintain a competitive edge. Client Success & Retention: • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent value delivery and 100% client retention. • Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. • Align campaign strategies with client expectations and business goals, driving long-term partnerships. Partnerships & Talent Ecosystem Development: • Build and nurture relationships with talent agencies, creators, stylists, and key ecosystem partners. • Conduct regular engagements with talent agencies to unlock new opportunities and strengthen collaborations. • Develop and maintain a robust resource bank of creators, agencies, and industry contacts. • Drive negotiations to secure optimal rates and maximize value for clients and the organization. Operations, Compliance & Financial Management: • Oversee end-to-end operational workflows including negotiations, contracts, documentation, invoicing, and payouts. • Ensure all agreements and paperwork are executed accurately and promptly. • Maintain financial discipline across campaigns, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and compliance with ESSC standards. Business Growth & Client Acquisition: • Work closely with the business development and sales teams to drive lead generation, conversion, and customer retention strategies. • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to acquire new clients and deepen engagement with existing ones. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to maximize revenue growth. Reporting, Systems & Database Management: • Ensure timely delivery of campaign and event reports with actionable insights and performance analysis. • Drive the development and maintenance of structured databases for influencers, ensuring daily/weekly updates. • Implement scalable systems for tracking creator performance, campaign outcomes, and resource allocation.
Location: New Delhi Working Hours: 9:30am - 7pm Working Days: Mon - Fri (Last Saturday of the month is working)
