This is a field-based, relationship-driven role where you build long-term accounts and become the go-to vendor for emergency restoration services. What You’ll Do: Build relationships with property managers, multi-family complexes, and building maintenance managers Become a trusted resource for multi-story buildings and commercial facilities Generate new business through in-person visits, networking, and follow-up Develop and manage your own book of business Represent PuroClean at local networking events, industry groups, and community functions Actively participate in groups such as BNI, property management associations, and local business organizations Position PuroClean as the preferred vendor for water, fire, mold, and biohazard mitigation Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat and referral business Compensation: $55,000 base salary 5% commission on gross revenue Commission paid monthly Realistic total earnings potential: $80K–$120K+ depending on performance What This Role Is: Outside sales, not behind a desk Relationship-focused, not transactional Territory-driven with long-term growth potential A mix of in-person sales and active community/network involvement Why This Role Works: Emergency services = consistent, repeat demand Commercial and multi-story buildings = larger opportunities Networking and visibility = strong referral pipeline Strong operations team supports you so you can focus on selling Opportunity to grow a territory and become a key vendor in your market What We’re Looking For: Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or service sales Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations Willing to attend and engage in evening networking events and industry groups Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule Professional and driven to grow income through performance About PuroClean: PuroClean is a leader in emergency property restoration, helping families and businesses recover from water, fire, mold, and other property damage.
