Job Description Job Description Electrical Engineer – 3–10 Years Experience Location: Lebanon, OH Position Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to support the design and execution of commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure projects. This role will contribute to electrical system design, coordination, and project delivery while working closely with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systems Prepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and/or Revit Perform electrical calculations (load, short circuit, voltage drop) and equipment selection Support project coordination with architects, mechanical engineers, and clients Conduct site visits, field investigations, and construction support (RFIs, submittals, punch lists) Ensure designs comply with NEC codes and applicable standards Participate in design reviews, QA/QC processes, and project meetings Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and technical documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) 3–10 years of relevant experience (MEP consulting, industrial, or power systems preferred) Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software Working knowledge of power systems, lighting design, and electrical layouts Strong understanding of NEC and industry standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred: EIT certification or progress toward PE (Ohio preferred) Experience with SKM, ETAP, or other electrical analysis tools Exposure to healthcare, commercial, or data center projects Ability to mentor junior engineers (for 7–10 year candidates)
