JOB DESCRIPTION Experience : 3 - 6 Yrs Location : Bengaluru Designation : Business Manager - Customer Monetisation (Credit Card Partnerships) Role Overview We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and product oriented professional to drive customer monetisation through credit card lead generation partnerships. This role will be responsible for building and scaling a revenue stream by partnering with banks, NBFCs, and fintech companies, where the existing customer base is leveraged for credit card acquisition programs. The role will have end to end ownership of the business P&L, including partner onboarding, product integrations, campaign optimisation, and revenue realisation.

Required Details : Looking for entrepreneurial professionals with 3–6 years of experience in: β€’ Credit card partnerships β€’ Fintech / digital lending β€’ Product-led growth & monetisation β€’ Banking / NBFC alliances β€’ Analytics-driven growth strategies Role involves owning the end-to-end credit card lead generation business, driving partnerships with banks & fintechs, optimising in-app customer journeys, and scaling revenue from the customer base. Strong commercial mindset, stakeholder management, and product collaboration experience preferred. MBA is a plus, not mandatory.
