The role balances day‑to‑day operations with continuous improvement: developing new workflows, cleaning data, and automating processes to increase scalability and reduce manual effort.

Key responsibilities include implementing new HRIS solutions, building integrations, translating business needs into system requirements, and ensuring systems interoperate correctly. Stay current on product releases, patches, and industry best practices to recommend improvement opportunities. Work with cross‑functional partners to identify process gaps, test solutions, and implement improvements that increase system efficiency and user friendliness. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles, ideally in a high‑growth environment.

Hands‑on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end‑to‑end implementations (Rippling, Greenhouse, Chart Hop, Workday, or equivalent). Familiarity with timekeeping systems and compliance policies for hourly workforces. Proficiency in Excel and structured data, including building reports and dashboards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity, with audit experience. Excellent organizational and project management skills, managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and solve problems with minimal direction.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. Passion for service and commitment to empathy, kindness, and patience in supporting users. Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, continuously improving systems and processes.
