Job Description
Overview Develop strategies to leverage guest insights for actionable improvements in our marketing campaigns and the customer journey. Responsibilities Assist with detailed results reporting and analytics. Analyze results across SFMC marketing campaigns, Service Cloud and new customer acquisition efforts, conducting the backend response & ROI analysis.
Analyze reports to provide actionable insights to the broader marketing team. Hands on on SFMC, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with understanding of underlying data. Data analysis and support efforts to improve segmentation and optimization of lists.
Evaluate A/B test results to translate results into insights and recommendations (audience, offer, creative, timing, retention, cross-sell). Support acquisition programs including assisting with direct mail customer acquisition efforts, the largest driver of new clients. Uncover opportunities for growth and optimization by testing hypotheses and analyzing marketing tactics.
Work closely with the Business Analytics team and the IT department to identify required data for forecasting/reporting and to support the Marketing Teamβs data infrastructure needs. Qualifications Experience: 7-10 years. Exceptional teamwork skills; ability to interact and contribute effectively with others in a fast-paced, collaborative team atmosphere.
Ability to organize and multi-task while completing projects to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail. Savvy with analytics, reporting and funnel development; considered an Excel and data guru by your peers. A self-starter and someone that likes to take control of the reins.
Detail oriented, organized, and strong communication skills β both verbal and written. Experience with the following is advantageous: SQL, Google Analytics, Salesforce (Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds), Tableau. SFMC / Salesforce certification is a plus! #J-18808-Ljbffr
