We are looking for a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced e‑commerce environment. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Data, and Operations, driving visibility into revenue, margin, and operational performance while partnering directly with senior leadership. You will gain exposure to the full company P&L with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and operational execution.

Responsibilities Own weekly and monthly financial reporting, delivering clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, and operating income trends. Build, enhance, and maintain robust financial models to support forecasting, planning, and operational decision‑making. Play a key role in annual budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning with ownership of key P&L components and ongoing performance tracking.

Develop scenario analyses to support pricing, revenue growth, and cost optimization (shipping, fulfillment, and supply chain). Analyze key operational drivers such as average order value, units per order, shipping cost per order, and inventory flow. Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Marketing to evaluate initiatives and improve profitability.

Leverage SQL, Snowflake, Mode Analytics, and Power BI to build scalable analytics and deliver insights across large datasets. Prepare and present executive‑level reporting, clearly articulating performance drivers, risks, and opportunities. Lead ad‑hoc analyses and special projects requiring strong financial and business acumen.

Skills & Qualifications 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical role with exposure to data‑driven environments. Strong foundation in financial analysis, modeling, and accounting principles (GAAP). Advanced SQL skills with hands‑on experience working with large‑scale datasets (Snowflake or similar).

Experience with Mode Analytics, Power BI, and Planful (or similar planning tools). What You’ll Love Annual 10% bonus incentive. Competitive compensation package.

Free books. Salary & Compensation Base salary: $135,000 – $145,000 per year. This range reflects the good‑faith hiring base salary range for this position.
