Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our team in a full-time, in-office capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US GAAP and SEC reporting, data quality controls, and analytical problem solving, and a proven ability to produce accurate reports, investigate data issues, and communicate results and risks to stakeholders . Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial reports in compliance with US GAAP, SEC, and other reporting requirements.

Prepare supporting schedules and documentation, and assess reporting inputs from functional areas and service providers. Draft financial statement footnotes and related disclosures. Support implementation and compliance with new and proposed accounting and reporting standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and financial statement preparation. Data quality and controls mindset with attention to detail. Analytical problem-solving skills with experience reconciling complex accounts.

Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills. Proficiency in Excel for analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. 1-3 years of relevant financial reporting or accounting experience. Preferred Skills Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.

Exposure to market risk reporting or financial services environments.
