Job Description
Your role As a Senior Financial Analyst, your mission is to provide financial and business partnering support to the Edwards North America CC and leadership team. You will report to the Business Controller of the Edwards North America Customer Center. You Will Provide financial and business guidance ensuring compliance with The Way and decisions are made with best benefit to the overall organization Fully own, analyze and drive one or more Divisional/Business line financials including P&L, BS and CF Support with commercial and operational activities such as offer reviews, overdues, field inventory; approval reviews of purchases, invoices and other charges Act as financial interface to the respective Division(s), building and maintaining strong relationships with Divisional teams and understand their business background, priorities and strategies to effectively guide the CC activities Proactively review, drive and comment on results well in advance of deadlines including OR, OI, UGP, P&L, NWC and Headcount.
Ensure movements are understood and issues/comments flagged early Coordinate and execute financial planning processes across the whole CC in cooperation with other Financial Analysts, per Group and BA guidance Coordinate and drive the monthly closing process for the whole CC in cooperation with the finance teams based in US and Europe & Asia, ensuring regulations and deadlines are met as per The Way and Group & BA guidance Build and maintain a strong network within the global finance community, including Group/BA/Division/Other CC and PC finance teams. Actively seek cooperation and best practice sharing with other Financial Analysts in other teams, driving increased process efficiency by building and utilizing joint knowhow and tools Promote cooperation and equal dignity across Divisions and Brands, within and beyond Edwards NACC, ensuring decisions are made that are best for AC Group as a whole. You Have a Bachelor’s Degree Or Equivalent In Finance, Business Administration, Or a Closely Related Field And 3+ Years Working Experience In Finance Within a Manufacturing Or Engineering Environment Using SAP. You Will Also Preferably Have Experience Working Within The Atlas Copco Group.
SAP ERP system knowledge GPS reporting system knowledge P&L and Balance Sheet understanding Understanding of sales, service and manufacturing processes and how they relate to Finance Solid PC skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint PowerBI and Polaris knowledge Ability to analyze data, tracking back to reality behind and communicating results to non-Finance experts Must be authorized to work in the U.S. If an employee from another country successfully applies, then they will be hired on Local Plus terms and conditions with initial relocation assistance and some international benefits.
