Location: Lower Mainland, British Columbia Employment Type: Full‑Time About the Role MetroVan Pest Control Services is seeking a highly organized and client‑focused Account Manager to oversee daily operations and client coordination for commercial and residential pest control accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced service environment, has strong communication and scheduling skills, and can effectively manage client relationships while supporting operational compliance and business growth. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and will coordinate technicians, special service requests, reporting, and ongoing customer support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Client Account Management Manage and maintain strong relationships with commercial and residential clients Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and follow‑ups Ensure client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally Coordinate special service requirements, emergency call‑outs, and follow‑up treatments Scheduling & Operations Coordination Schedule and dispatch pest control technicians efficiently across service routes Coordinate recurring maintenance visits, inspections, and treatment appointments Monitor technician schedules to ensure service timelines and client expectations are met Assist with route optimization and daily operational planning Reporting & Compliance Prepare and review service reports, treatment documentation, and client records Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards Maintain accurate digital records of services completed and client communications Support audit preparation and compliance reporting requirements when necessary Customer Service & Inquiry Handling Respond to phone calls, emails, and customer service inquiries in a professional manner Provide service information, quotations, and scheduling assistance to clients Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining positive relationships Business Development Support Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and services Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and client presentations Support lead generation and relationship‑building initiatives Contribute to company growth through excellent client retention and service quality Qualifications & Requirements Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required Previous experience in account management, operations coordination, customer service, or service industry management preferred Experience in business development or sales support considered a strong asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time‑management abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email communication, and scheduling systems Experience in pest control, property management, facilities management, or related industries is an asset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and team‑oriented work environment Ongoing training and professional development How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.
