Job Details Shift: Sunday–Thursday 4:00pm until completion. The primary role of the Warehouse Manager is to manage the Warehouse Supervisors and their teams. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of warehouse operations in a radio frequency (RF)-enabled or non‑RF-enabled environment, managing warehouse personnel and ensuring compliance with company, federal and state regulations regarding safety when working with controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous and flammable materials.

This position is categorized as compliance critical and requires specific responsibility for ensuring continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include: Managing associates in the warehouse; tracking attendance, coaching and leading associates with a view to employee growth and development, monitoring performance, and managing overtime and other compensation changes. Directing warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing inventory.

Maintaining process management, productivity measures, and quality controls. Reviewing, tracking and analyzing critical success measures and comparing results with targets on a regular basis. Developing and planning for improvement in areas such as order filling errors, late deliveries and overall service levels.

Evaluating associates’ performance in achieving standards. Responding to production problems by implementing solutions. Enforcing compliance with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety roles and government regulations.

Studying current and future needs of the company as it relates to the management of receiving, stocking, inventory, returns, shipping, and order filling; developing and recommending improvements to current warehouse practices to promote efficiency, accuracy, faster service and lower costs. Assisting in the preparation of the department budget and managing to the budget. Ensuring cleanliness of the facility.

Qualifications Education: Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four‑year bachelor’s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Work Experience: Requires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level. Skills and Knowledge: Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates; foster teamwork, coach and develop employees.

Willingness to work extended hours, participate in weekend on‑call rotation as needed, and conduct physical inventory as scheduled. Effective oral and written communication skills. Good negotiating, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Knowledge of warehouse operations and systems, engineered standards and regulatory compliance matters. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a production‑driven environment. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

Salary Full‑time salary range: $74,000 – $105,820 (National average; actual range may vary by location).
