Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Retail Property Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of shopping centers and office properties. This is a highly visible role focused on driving operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall performance of assigned commercial properties Manage vendor relationships, bid processes, and service contracts Develop and manage annual operating budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis Monitor rent rolls, tenant sales reporting, and lease compliance Provide full lease administration, including rent escalations and expense reconciliations Partner with leasing and construction teams to onboard new tenants and support tenant improvements Qualifications 3–5 years of commercial property management experience (retail preferred) Strong understanding of building systems, construction, and property operations Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cash flow analysis Additional Requirements This is a great opportunity for a hands-on property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced, tenant-focused environment.
