About the job A problem isnât truly solved until itâs solved for all. Thatâs why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, youâll lead complex, multiâdisciplinary projects from start to finishâworking with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with crossâfunctional partners across the company.

Compensation US base salary range for this fullâtime position is $159,000-$231,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. The range is determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including jobârelated skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities Lead and manage the âOwner Oversightâ EHS program for the Dallas/Austin portfolio to mitigate Googleâs liability and ensure developer compliance with contractual safety standards. Oversee the remediation of highâenergy electrical hazards, specifically focusing on arc flash prevention and grounding architecture deficiencies across geographically dispersed sites. Collaborate with executive crossâfunctional stakeholders (FrontâEnd Planning, Data Center Operations, and Quality) to drive siteâlevel resolutions and remove bottlenecks during construction and turnâup phases.
