Group Sales Manager

Role Description We are seeking a Group Sales Manager to join our team at the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Hobby Airport. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. As a Group Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving group bookings, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales calls, developing and executing sales strategies, creating tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications Strong sales skills, including contract negotiation and ability to create impactful sales proposals Experience in client relationship management, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools to monitor performance and track client information Positive attitude, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to collaborate with diverse teams Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous experience in hotel group sales or a similar role is strongly preferred Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
