Overview Hiring: Project/Program Manager I (Trust & Safety Manager) Hawthorne, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) We’re looking for a Project/Program Manager to join the Trust & Safety team focused on AI-enabled community safety services within the Neighbors app. This team operates at the intersection of AI, crisis response, and community operations — supporting initiatives like Search Party for Dogs and Community Requests. Responsibilities Respond to real-time operational and safety events Coordinate with partners, agencies, and third-party platforms Support AI-assisted workflows and escalation processes Build SOPs, operational playbooks, and automation improvements Help shape how AI-driven safety services scale across communities Ideal background 3+ years in Trust & Safety, Crisis Operations, Community Operations, Emergency Response, or related fields Strong decision-making in fast-paced environments Experience with workflow/process documentation and operations automation Comfortable working with AI-enabled operational systems Nice to have Public safety / 911 dispatch / emergency management experience Animal welfare or pet-tech exposure API integrations or partner operations support experience This is a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on community safety while working on cutting-edge AI-enabled products at Ring.
